THE FIFTH TRUST exhibition will launch with a virtual art opening event presented by Compassion Arts Festival, with hosts Carolyn Merino Mullin and exhibit curators Jane O’Hara and Janell O’Rourke. The exhibit is part of this year’s festival theme centered on the book The Ten Trusts - What We Must Do to Care for the Animals We Love, written by Jane Goodall and Marc Bekoff.
ABOUT THE ART OPENING
Artists from the group exhibition will reflect on The Fifth Trust tenet "Be Wise Stewards of Life on Earth.” The program will also look at the role of the visual arts in animal advocacy and conservation, for cultivating compassion and raising awareness about animals, nature, and our relationship with all life we share the planet with.
The Fifth Trust exhibition can be viewed online by everyone starting Nov 18th at www.compassionartsfestival.org . The virtual art opening is a closed webinar event about the exhibit, featuring the artists, and so advance sign up is required.
